Velvet Rendezvous Nails

In today’s manicure, we've utilized the classic combination of black, white, and red for contrast. However, the twist is in the details: we used a solid black powder and a powder white. This approach brings a liveliness to the overall appearance of the nails.

A crucial tip during the nail art process, especially when working with both dark and light colors, is to thoroughly clean your tools after using dark colors before switching to lighter shades. This ensures a clean and flawless finish.

For a festive touch, we combined a bright red glitter with a multi-colored, holographic glitter. This glitter mix is not only unique but also boasts a festive vibe that goes beyond the simplicity of solid red, offering richer versatility. When dipping into the glitter, it’s essential to gently pat down the nail surface with a clean finger, ensuring the glitter lays flat. This step is vital as raised glitter can significantly complicate the subsequent smoothing process. If the glitter is not properly adhered, it may need to be completely removed, which could result in an uneven area that detracts from the overall look and complicates the application of the topcoat.
